Accelerate is built on Microsoft Azure - you can even bring your own services and connect it to your own tenant and cloud AD.
Why is this better?
Well.. that is always a matter of opinion, but we can tell you is that you don't have to fiddle with all different connectors to create Workflow Apps -> that includes all workflow metrics -> so you can build dashboards with your wrist.

Is the application Windows only?
For now... it is. Absolutely. With Windows running around 87% of the global workforce, we figure... it's a good start. You can also integrate internal and external web applications directly with Accelerate's engine - full web coming soon!
